I’m Amanda, an experienced person-centred counsellor offering a relaxed, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to bring all of who you are. Counselling offers time to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s been happening.

I offer a calm, accepting space where we can explore your story, deepen your self-awareness, and begin to work through life’s challenges together. My counselling style is relational and collaborative, built on trust, respect, and authenticity. I believe our formative experiences shape how we think, feel, and behave, and that challenges often arise from a blend of past experiences, present pressures, and future worries.
I work in a way that feels manageable and meaningful, at a pace that suits you. Together, we’ll explore your journey and the patterns that shape your life, gently opening space for self-discovery, growth, and change. I believe every person’s story matters, and that a safe, accepting relationship can nurture healing, resilience and confidence to support you along the road ahead.
